Hunter, CFE, CPA is the Founder and Managing Director of Global.  As a national transportation consultant with experience spanning almost three decades, she has conducted over 300 Buy America Pre-Award and Post-Delivery audits of rolling stock configurations produced by over 30 transit vehicle manufacturers worldwide.
